Acceptable Stay with Some Annoyances

lovely staffdirty net curtainsmissing amenities
The staff at reception were lovely, and the Christmas decor was a nice touch.
I found some issues with the room upkeep. The net curtains and windowsills were visibly dirty. We had tea the first night of our two-night stay, but housekeeping did not replace the tea and sugar..

acceptable poollong waitslimited menu
the pool was a hit with my children, which i found acceptable.
The breakfast experience was quite poor. it was not a buffet and involved long waits for table service. staff did not check on us often enough, and the menu did not reflect all available options. I only learned of these by seeing other guests with different items. the hotel ran out of fruit and pastries on two mornings , a significant oversight.
